Manchirevula Residences
Multi-unit residential apartment complex — cellar parking, two apartment configurations across the first floor, and repeated upper floor layouts drafted in AutoCAD and visualized through SketchUp modeling and Lumion rendering for client-facing brochure documentation.
Project Overview
The Manchirevula Residences is a four-story-plus-cellar multi-unit residential apartment building designed for two apartment configurations per floor. The project involved producing a complete set of brochure presentation drawings — floor plans drafted in AutoCAD from design intent, rendered and composed in Photoshop for client presentation, and supplemented with a 3D exterior visualization modeled in SketchUp and rendered in Lumion.
The building program includes cellar-level parking with dual gate access and lift, a first floor with two distinct apartment layouts, and identical upper floor plates repeating across the second, third, and fourth floors.
Unit Configuration
The first floor accommodates two side-by-side apartment units with a shared central corridor and lift core. Each unit is a 3BHK configuration with living room, dining area, kitchen with utility, master bedroom with dressing and toilet, a second bedroom, balcony, and powder room. The upper floor plan consolidates into a single large 4BHK layout repeated identically across the second, third, and fourth floors.

Documentation Approach
The drawings were produced as client-facing brochure documents — a format that required balancing technical accuracy with visual legibility for a non-specialist audience. Floor plans were drafted in AutoCAD with full furniture layouts, room labels, and dimensions, then imported into Photoshop where color, material texture, and presentation composition were applied.
3D Visualization
The exterior visualization was modeled in SketchUp from the floor plan geometry and rendered in Lumion with landscaping, street context, and a golden-hour lighting environment. The render was produced for the client brochure cover — communicating the building's massing, facade treatment, balcony rhythm, and street presence to prospective buyers prior to construction.
